Senior Managing Partner

Stephen William Beer CPA/PFS/CSSA is the Senior Managing Partner at Czarnowski & Beer. He serves an extensive clientele of over 200 buildings providing enhanced services such as long term budgeting, refinancing and long term budgeting. He periodically authors articles for professional and industry journals and lectures on timely topics directed toward unit owners. As a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants he has served on specific committees concerning real estate issues. He has also served on the Queens Borough President’s Task Force on Cooperative and Condominiums.

Over 35 years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, management, financial reporting, accounting, business planning and financial analysis.
